Cedar Centre for Legal Studies Joins the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT)

Cedar Centre for Legal Studies (CCLS) proudly announces its official acceptance as a member of the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT), following the approval of its membership application by the Council’s Executive Committee after confirming compliance with all requirements set forth in the statutes.

The IRCT is a global network of institutions and centres specialized in supporting and rehabilitating victims of torture. It works to uphold professional standards, strengthen international efforts to combat torture, and ensure justice and rehabilitation for victims.

Through this membership, Cedar Centre joins a broad international network that opens wider opportunities for professional cooperation, exchange of expertise, and participation in joint initiatives at both regional and international levels. The Centre affirms that this step represents a qualitative milestone in its mission, reinforcing its commitment to supporting victims of grave human rights violations, developing rehabilitation services in line with international standards, and contributing to global efforts aimed at the complete eradication of torture.
